P2623 is the exact IPR open circuit code he got, which he didn't get the other day when it happened. This truck is a bit of a 6.0 myth buster. 260k miles, just had injectors replaced earlier this spring, has had a couple oil coolers, EGR got ******d years ago, did new ICP sensor and pigtail when I did the most recent cooler, and other than normal wear and tear items (alternator, starter), it's pretty much still original.
