Is a group buy on obs banks pipe kits possible?

I've asked a couple vendors with no response, so I'll throw it out there.

In the past over in another galaxy, there was a couple group buys for the banks kits minus the intercooler for the obs guys.
Anyone doing one, or have a complete kit minus the cooler available?

Are they even around anymore, the kits that is?

The kits, yes. Ive heard a couple different things regarding just buying the pipes.
