I just got me a 97 350 single cab its a clean truck. Now I need some guidance I'm a 6.0 guy and the inj numbers confuse me. Lol I'm not looking to make a lot of power maybe 400-450. I was thinking stg 1-2 injectors ( who is reputable ) turbo I wasn't sure if I should do the t4 kit from swamps? Or do a d66 ?? Or do SD plenums with a 38r . if I did stg 1's would they spool a fmw 62/68/.83

When do you need to start looking into hpop's?

From Littleredstroker's sig:

458 hp 845 ftlb 2003 f250
gearhead tunes 250/100%
studs, springs, fuel bow delete, dual fuel pumps
turbonetics drop in, forged rods

I'm thinking you could probably make do with a smaller injector like a 238/80, but don't quote me on that lol.
And a T4 mount with an S366 seems to be a good choice for these trucks, maybe even an S467 if you're feeling adventurous.

238/100s, 38r with ww2, fuel system with regulated return, and a decent transmission should give you all the power you're looking for and be an absolute blast on the street in a regular cab obs

Sent while doing burnouts somewhere in the country

A fmw 62 will spool better then stock with stock fuel. Would be a great option for stg 1 inj
160 cc stock nozzle. I would run it with a .91 or even a 1.00 exaust housing thou. That should be a solid 400 hp setup. Very responsive also.
All you'd need is a good 17 degree pump like a t-500 or an adrenaline if you feel like upgrading.

238/100 in the 6.0 world that's huge.. Average is 190/100's what is a 17* hpop is that a pump off a SD? A s366 won't be doggy on a 7.3? With stg1's? Do you need a certain install kit for the h2e? Or will a t4 kit work fine?

Who's injectors do you recommend? Swamps? Rosewood? Full force?

I ran 160/100's with an S468 with 3.73 gears and 37" tires. It was a little laggy off the bottom, but that turbo would light by 1700 RPM and it made good power.

That being said, I'd probably go with Bruce's suggestion as well. Maybe an S366. Modded H2E is great too.

Have fun!

Performance injection systems for injectors. H2e takes a t4i mount, yes a 17* pump iswhat a factory SD pump is.

You also have 1.3 liters more of displacement to feed so the injector numbers are not that crazy.

The awash plate on a 17* pump is just that. 17 degrees. More degrees equals more oil per revution due to the pump style and increased piston stroke.

I run gearhead in my truck now what is safest? Tw? Ts? Do? Php? So many choices.

Do you have a pic of your 468? I take it you had to make a custom CAI? And intercooler? I bet a 366 would sing

190/100 with a non vgt 366 would be a smoke pig you would need a 205/75 or 225cc but then you loose towing capacity. I had 190/100 and a s364 I loved it but I sold my injectors

Do you need to use the obs or SD hpop gasket? I know 1 year the timing cover was different on the obs trucks
