What's up guys. New guy here with a 2.5" lift question. I've searched around during the past few weeks. I'm still not sure if mixing components is a good idea.
I own a 2014 f250 4x4 cc sb. I'd like to put a lift/level with 22" wheels and 35s. What are your thoughts opinions on the equipment I've put together? The budget is under 2gs. I'd like a softer ride that would accommodate the larger wheel with no trimming. I do minimal towing. (Jet ski) here's what I've come up with:

Carli 2.5 coils
Carli Ford commuter shocks (Fox 2.0)
Icon adjustable trac bar
Icon 4" blocks

I haven't decided on wheels and tires yet.

Is there anything else I will need for a better ride or necessary components. Any input or opinions will help. Thanks in advance.

Love this forum been learning a lot.

Depending on offset and back spacing you may have a hard time Fitting 22/35's on just 2.5 without some trimming of some kind.

2 grand budget for lift only.

Ok so I'll most likely need a bigger lift?

I've read some guys on here that clear with just a level. They must've had a lower backspace.

Well, does that kit make sense?

the trimming needed would be minimal. if any. i wouldn't worry about it. i have a buddy with a 2013 and icon 2.5 running 22x10 - 24 american forces with 35 12.50's and he didnt have to trim anything.

You will need the alignment cams and brackets to drop brake lines. I have 35" Toyo's and 22x11 American Force wheels and the only thing I had to trim was a very small piece off the fender flare and pulled the liners back. You would really have to look hard to find it.

Great, thanks.

So you don't think a steering stabilizer or a 4 link would be necessary with this setup?

I have the Carli high mount steering stabilizer on mine and it seems to help over the small stock one. I'm not sure about the 4-link, never had any experience with those.

Thanks SwampFox. I've been looking at the PMF Blocks. It has an option to add a 2.5 and a 5.0 taper. What does that help. I honestly want to put a quality lift/level on my truck and am willing to put the dough into it. Just want to make sure I'm doing right. Sorry for all the questions.
