lost all oil while driving

I was taking an off ramp and as i was slowing down my truck just shut off. started it up and pulled to my house which was down the street. noticed there was oil leaking excessively from the drivers side. Checked my oil level and it was basically empty. There doesn't seem to be any oil on the front of the block but the manifolds by the back of the block are covered. Im hoping its the hpop seals.

Has this happened to anyone else? any advice would be great. Thanks

It's most likely one of the HPOP high pressure lines. Connecting from the heads to the pump.


If you find one bad, change them both. Peace of mind

I keep brand new spares and the tool in my truck!

Could just be an oring. Fill it back up with oil and find the leak. The orings can be found at any hydraulic shop or Napa.

X2. And I don't recommend rebuilding the internal Oring/ snap ring, if that is what's leaking. It's a PITA. And it's not much more to just buy the whole new fitting.
