One of the male pins in one of the wire harnesses under the dash had came loose in the connector and wasn't making a good contact. Apparently when the tech would pull the harness apart the pin would look to the eye that it was where it was supposed to be, but when plugging it in it was being pushed back into the connector instead of plugging into the female connector like it was supposed to. One of those one in a million freak things that happens that is very difficult to find. Only after the tech started checking every single pin in the harness did he find it. This all started because Fords procedure for replacing the blend door motor is to pull the whole dash. [/QUOTE]
