I think I should have OD manual button lock on my 2000 F250 xlt correct? Or is it not standard on all. There is the button on the shift selector but doesn't do anything when pressing, also isn't marked overdrive.

My question is are they standard?

All 2000 F250 automatics left the factory with a button on the end of the shift lever. The light next to the button was labeled OD OFF.

It's common for them to not work. The wires wear through where they enter the shift handle inside the steering column.
