Hello everyone new to the forum & just wanted to post my experience with MPD.I didnt deal with them first hand a friend of mine that helps me out with parts & small jobs mostly drinking my beer! dealt with i believe it was Buddy.So we ordered a set of there up-pipes for the customer after installing them it was clear they weren't right.We were disappointed but it happens so after a few phone calls and some pics they went to Ford and bought a new set of up-pips as they were out of cores installed new bellows and shipped them out second air installed them and they fit perfect. I have just a small side business working on 6.0l which i started after a horrible experience with a ford dealer i've been a heavy equip. mech for 20ys and have seen very bad & good customer service and for MPD to go out of ther way to take care of a nobody way out in eastern oregon means alot.To many times i see people post negative things about a company not so much here before they give them a chance to fix it. sorry for the long post just feel MPD deserves recognition Thanks Matt

I sure bet the MPD guys appreciate the good feedback, as too often all the general public gets to see is the bad.

Thanks plan on it, been reading on this forum for a while lot of good people on here just never felt i had anything good to add but i felt MPD deserved the feed back
