Pretty sure my egr cooler is bad and was wondering if I get an egr ****** kit do I need to get a new cooler since I wouldn't have egr's anymore or not?

No the ****** kit will come with a loop that takes out the cooler. I would highly recommend doing the oil cooler anda coolant filter though still.
