Need a good shop around the Sherman area to do EGR delete

Good customer of mine is broke down out there with a blown cooler and needs a good shop to fix his truck without takin him for a ride. Hes at the parts store now and they are tellin him he cant do a delete without a kit and they are illegal to ship to Texas.:wtf:

If it could wait till the weekend I could do it, and idk what company is saying its illegal, but try a different company
