Need help 99 f250 starting problems and electrical issues

Have a few issues won't start unless I jump the solenoid ABS lights on four-wheel-drive keeps trying to go in and out when it does start up and overdrive light is flashing and will not shift out of first unless you manually do it. It has the electronic four-wheel-drive with Have replaced the fuse panel and checked all the wires any help would be great thanks

Start with batteries.

Batteries are new

Check cables, connections, and grounds.

Get a good scanner, and read codes.

Any water leaking into the cab, under the dash?

Been on the scanner a good one throws a bunch of codes no water leaking that we can find is there a computer that runs all that that could be bad
