Need help still no throttle response

Hello my name Andrew Ganoe and I'm still having trouble with my 05 powerstroke. I have no throttle response still after replacing peddle positioning sensor and icp sensor. The truck starts and idles good but when I push on the peddle nothing happens. If anyone knows what the problem is please let me know thanks.

Do you have a scan tool that can watch APP (pedal position) to see if the value changed when you press the throttle?

No I personally don't but I got a buddy that has a snap on scanner that he said he could hook to the truck

That is where I would start. It will let you know if the PCM is even receiving the input from the pedal.

I had that same thing, ended up being an injector even though it was throwing a contribution code. I spent so much time trying to figure it out. Finally I said screw it I'm putting new injectors in and it ran perfect once I put new ones in.

Well good news everyone I figured out the problem and fixed it. The ebp(exhaust back pressure) sensor went bad and when they go bad they can ground out the pedal. Put a new ebp sensor and has pedal now and runs great.
