need help truck not running right

I have a 06 6.0 all stock and when I crank it up after it's been sitting awhile such as over night or when I get out of school when I take off it seems weak it seems like a struggle to get over 50 and if you get into it any at all it sputters and vibrates the truck it feels like it's coming from the back can someone help me out?!?

Probably injector related. Stiction will cause the engine to run rough and when the tc locks up you'll feel it through the whole truck.

Idk if this helps any but I had the same problems with my 7.3, new injectors took care of it

Thanks everyone I found out this morning it's leaking fuel from the fuel filter could this be causing it since maybe it's not getting enough fuel pressure

More than likely yes. Just ran into this on a 06 a fiend of mine put Injectors in and a regulated return and his air dog wasn't set high enough on pressure and it did the same thing tour describing
