I need help with an odd problem. First off ill start with mods

Idp xsteeet
Blue spring
Exhaust
Afe stage 2
Fresh set of ford heads.
The problem:
Driving down the road and slack off the gas the truck accelerates for a second then calms down. Can get it to do this in neutral if slowly ease it up to 3000 rpm let off the throttle it will bounce off the rev limiter then return to idle or die. When it does die it starts right back up.
I've tried different programming, changed the ficm, swap icp, ipr valve, ebp sensor, map sensor. Can't really see anything wrong with the data stream Help me please. Thanks
