need help for a friend. Late 99 7.3 with 175k, 6 speed, basic upgrades along with stage ones and a 38R.

has a pretty bad lope going but seems to smoothen out. See video:

Found oil in the ICP, he replaced that.

fuel / oil pressure all check out fine

No SES light and no codes.

How many miles on oil?

P.I.S. 175/80 % (I believe) single shots, TW tunes, intake exhaust, 38R, telling LPOP, terminator HPOP.

3k miles since last oil change, Rotella oil.

Rotella oil. Right there is the culprit. Throw some Valvoline in there, I bet the romps go away.
