New oil cooler, Egr delete. Choppy power, no start.

I need a good web page that can show me what I should be looking for and correct readings while doing a diagnostics with a scanner. Not sure if I'm loosing high pressure oil or icp is clogged. Just need to know what all the correct numbers for ipr, ipc,hpop, Etc. Thanks guys

Well you should be trying to watch ICP actual and ICP desired. It needs 500psi to fire... IPR % duty would be good to watch too. Your ICP reading is what the HPOP is putting out. Desired is what the PCM wants, Actual is what the HPOP is producing. IPR is just a regulator that will close off to keep more oil in and build pressure. Might want to watch battery voltage and FICM voltage at the same time, make sure the electrical side is ok.

Your ipr is probably plugged up from the oil cooler swap. Anyway to monitor icp voltage or pressure. I just did my oil cooler and went thought 2 new ipr screens and I cleaned the heck out of the oil cooler valley. I was running between 800 and 900 psi after she warmed up.... She was plugged up and good. She is runnin around 570 after warm up. With the new screen.

Yea I e got a scanner just couldn't find correct specifications for everything

Got the ipr out and screen torn, and a chunk of gunk in it. Putting a new one in tomorrow.

Hopefully the ipr isn't full of gunk. Take a Phillips screw driver and and push on the piston. It should be pretty hard to move but you can tell if you got junk in it. Did you pull the turbo or use an ipr socket?

At least you found out what it was. I went through 2 screens before it all came out.ill probably pull mine again n a month or so just to double check it but, my pressures are fine.
