Hi guys, I have a 2016 F350 I bought last year. Had a sudden loss in fuel mileage around 6-7 drop. It has 35k on it currently and is sitting at the dealer. Since the drop, coasting completely off the throttle I will build 10 psi of boost not in cruise control intermittently. Exhaust brake is not on. Dealer said this is because the veins are closing but it’s never done this before until now. Also my boost will go from super responsive (8-10 psi)with little throttle to not much 3-5 psi cruising highway.

Thanks! I’ve never had to deal with Ford service, always had GM products so any tips would be great.

Is the truck stock or tuned? Are you in a cold climate? Any codes?

Im inclined to think the ebp sensor is acting up.

Stock no tune, I have an edge insight to monitor my *** as I don’t have a long commute to work. No codes and yes cold climate but this all happened before winter fuel I believe. I just watched my ebp. When it does it pressure goes up to 17.8. With 9 psi boost. Idling will go anywhere from .08 to 3.5 back down to .08ish. Dealer said another 2016 did the same thing I opted to go for a ride when I go down Wednesday for peace of mind.
