Does anyone know how to make this thing line up??? New cold side kit and trying to line up with a No Limit intercooler i bought used from Dillon Webb. I've clearanced the rad support, made adjustments to the IC with zero luck. I'm either missing something or the pipes are not made to work with their old IC's... Please help!

Not to be a smart@$$ but did you try turning it around. Doesn't look like either end lines up that great. Angles almost look reversed. But I can't see the whole picture.

I think it's the same issue I had. The last of the coolers made I think had some issues with the outlet position. Instead of modding the ic, I cut and repositioned and tig welded the cold pipe to fit perfect.

I've tried both ways. Definitely won't go the other way.

I tried calling Mike or Jeremy but it was after hours and no option for voicemail. So I sent email. Thought someone might see this, tell me I'm being an idiot, and so me the correct way!

Nathan, I'm afraid you may be right. Of course it's too late to head over to the neighbor's shop...

The bad quality and warranty issues is what made mike get away from these I believe. I'd say go to the shop and cut, reposition, tig weld and enjoy. I'll see if I got any pics and get em to ya

When it was on my old truck I had a no limit cold side pipe and fitment was definitely nothing to brag about. Not near as bad as this picture though.

Glad to see you guys are getting that truck going.

Thanks man. Yeah we've had a few setbacks along the way. This deal is no exception though. Just have to modify to my liking!

Remounted the stock IC tonight and the fitment of the pipe was close enough that I could make it work. Not perfect but not a deal breaker. The issue is definitely in the outlet of the IC. Problem is that I can't run the stock IC because it has a hole in it due to my dear ol Dad.

I'm just going to have the pipe modified for the IC. In the meantime though, I cannot get the black Maxx to connect to the pickup so and of the airflow and d eletes I've just done don't really matter. Just one hurdle after another...

Honestly from the look, I think you need to trim it farther. That way it can rotate around and give you a little more room, even with the stock IC.

The one mike just send fit absolutely perfect for me. But I have a pretty good cut out of the support already.

Could you send me a picture of your cut out? I didn't cut anything out of the structural steel framework. I only trimmed the aluminum cross brace.

Ok, yeah, I can do that. None of the steel was cut. And mind you I didn't cut it, because it's a little rough. But there is more off of mine than the picture of yours shows.

Sorry for the delay, didn't get time to snap a picture before we left for the weekend. I cut about 1/4" off all the way up.
