Wife was driving my truck the other day and it left her stranded in the side of the highway. No start after repeated attempts she has it towed home. Pull codes one of them being the CPS sensor. I replaced it but I still had the P1670 code. I tested the harness from the IDM plug and found no issues with the injectors or wiring. Pulled the IDM down and noticed it sounded a little squishy. Opened it and there was about 2 inches of water in there and it had been there for some time from the looks of the rusted screws and corrosion on the inside of the case. I have AE coming for the buzz test but figured I may have fried the IDM??? Would y'all just replace it or test it for sure? Got the truck to start once when it was home before I figured out my IDM had turned into a sponge.
