OBD2 communication issues

Im having trouble connecting my livewire to my truck. Ive had it hooked up for over a year and then out of the blue it started loosing communication. I bought a new cable thinking that would help and it didnt. Checked the obd2 fuse and its good. it has power just not talking... Ive called sct many times over the last few weeks and never have been able to talk to anyone, ive emailed to no response. its getting really frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated. And if this is in the wrong section i apologize.

This is a pretty old thread but I'm having the same issue, anyone out there that can point me to where or what I should be looking at or for? Thanks
