One is white but the paint is all scratched up and the other is primer black. The white one is original ford, I dont think the primer black on is though

I was hoping they were both black, I already have a clean set but they need paint, so I'll have to pass. I will mention it to my buddy though, he mentioned the other day about me finding him some clean fenders. Are they in Illinois by any chance?
