Oil Cooler Replacement

Is there any "how-to's" or installation guides to replace an oil cooler? I've searched and haven't found any detailed info.

Starting on replacement of an OEM oil cooler on my buddies 04 tomorrow and just looking for some heads up.

The oil cooler rebuild kit comes with some pretty good instructions on how to physically do the oil cooler itself as well.

I shoulda mentioned that we did a full EGR delete on the truck about 2 1/2 years ago. So up-pipes, turbo, all of that... Does it need to be removed still since the egr isn't there anymore?

I guess the main thing I'm looking for is the the "how-to" to gain access to the oil cooler? He said there's very detailed instructions on how to do the oil cooler replacement but nothing really about getting to that point. What's got to be removed, etc.

i had to pull the turbo out to get the manifold out, it is not too bad to do.
