Oil leaks

I have had an oil leak at the front of the engine for over a year and assumed it was the front seal. I changed the oil recently and cleaned the engine as good as I could. I switched to synthetic Rotella 10W-30. The oil was running down the driver side as I was pouring!! Now I'm losing more oil than ever.

I have two questions....Has anyone ever seen a leak from the oil regulator? The front leak is either in the seal or from the regulator. And also, has anyone seen the dipstick leak where it goes into the crankcase?

ha ha!....I know, I know, nobody ever wants to talk about oil leaks!

The dirt and grime in there was probably sealing the leak somewhat before.. I know this is not helpful at all lol.

I really just want to know if anyone has ever seen the regulator or the dipstick leak...I want to change the regulator oring first since its a lot easier than the front seal. Just would like to know if that ever happens.

crank position sender oring and cam position orings. One is behind a/c compressor and quite the biatch to get at. The other is drivers side front and not that bad to do. Just over $125 for both sensors. Unless you can just find the orings.
