P1910, reverse lamp control circuit open...HELP

I have a 2008 F350 and I have no back up lights or park sensors. When I pull the codes I get P1910 ( reverse lamp control circuit open) and I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if so what was the solution? Dones anyone have the diagnostic steps from a shop manual?

My main concern is dealing with the open circuit on the reverse lights as it's not really safe not having those working.

Any help is appreciated.

PS , I have checked the fuses, relay and ground and all are ok. Also, all the other lights are working fine as well.
