p2199 and engine cutout

well going back to work today stopped at a red light and the engine cut out for a split second, got to work and pulled codes with my edge and got a 2199. fast forward to tonight going to a structure fire, probably about 60 to 70% throttle, and it did it again. anyone got any ideas on what it might be? a buddy that works at the dealership and is going to school for diesels said it sounded like the turbo going out?

P2291. Probably was a ICP fishbite. Meaning sensor is going out and it as well as pigtail needs to be changed

Pigtail usually need to be changed on an 05? I thought that was more of an issue with the ICP's in the back on the earlier trucks?

Thats what i thought to with the pigtail? But I've got an icp ill change it this weekend. Is there anything special i have to do to change it or just pull it out and put the new one in?

all Pigtails were bad. The issue with the 05 and up was that the were too short so too harsh of a bend on the wires caused them to fray and pull out

Alright guys i replaced the icp sensor and pigtail. Its still got a little hiccup in it. Its not cuttin out completely but its enough to notice and its doing it more frequently. I've got ae on my lap top is there anything i need to monitor besides icp?
