I can put my parking brake to the floor and the truck still rolls. Can anyone tell me how to tighten it back up? I have disc brakes in the rear if that matters.

Yes there are discs in the back, but the parking brake is actually a set of drum brakes within the rotor. You have to go in and adjust them like you would the old drum brakes to get your e-brake back.

yup star wheel adjusters at the bottom but I had to replace my shoes and sand the drums to get mine to hold really well

It is probably frozen up. My F450 is doing the same thing right now.

I had to replace the cable on mine. Then I've had to adjust the parking brake shoes 3 times since so I think those little star wheels come loose real easy.
