Powersteering fluid change.

Changes out my power steering fluid today and WOW! It's like driving a whole new truck, I used amsoil ATF. Easy to do and my truck the 35's like stock tires now!!!

How did you do it? How much did it take?

Used 10' of 3/8 id clear hose, attached it to the hydro boost worked the brakes and turned the wheel slowly till I had all the black fluid out (into a bucket). And kept the reservoir full with fresh amsoil ATF. Once the fluid in the hose was bright red I knew it was done. Pretty good write-up with pics on .org if you google it. Honestly it's the easiest fluid change on the whole truck.

I need to do this really bad, I think it's the cause of my mushy brakes.

Literally took 20 min and 2 beers. Used about 5 qts of ATF.
