Hey guys I changed the oil in my 7.3 today and after I cleaned up the engine bay. Test drive I noticed a slight surge or miss when going 20mph. Came home parked it for a while took a longer drive and seems to have gotten worse. When I'm doing 70 it isn't noticeable but cruising through a neighborhood barely on the pedal the truck misses and surges bad.
I have cleaned the engine before and this has never happened any ideas? Truck is a 02 with intake exhaust and php tunes with stage 1 injectors. Wonder if I wet something that shouldn't have gotten wet maybe. Thanks for any help guys. I used some simple green and just a hose no pressure washer.
