Hi all,

I Purchased a new 2015 6.7 F-350 Platinum a month ago and wasted no time deleted the DPF and EGR Block off plates. Ordered everything through PSE out of Houston here is what I am running....

5" Flo-Pro Downpipe Back
EGR block off plates (just the two, not the full delete kit)
No Limit stage II Intake
SCT Livewire with I guess Rudys Custom Delete Tunes???

The reason why i am posting is because I will be using this truck to haul 4x4 rigs on 25' and 40' gooseneck trailers and would like to have the capability of monitoring EGTs just for piece of mind. I have tried using the stock egt sensor in the block off plate with the SCT LiveWire and can't find any option in the LiveWire to select the factory sensor, just the analog inputs. PSE sent me a different block off plate to accept the JMS Probe kit and amplification box to plug into the LiveWire. Well still no luck upon selecting the analog firewire input on the Livewire.
If anyone has any idea on how to help me monitor EGTs it would be greatly appreciated. I had a thought of possibly ordering an edge CTS2 and hooking that up to monitor my EGT and other parameters? Is this my only option? Also if anyone has any other tunes available please PM as I would be interested in trying them as well, or if anyone has tunes that will work with the factory EGT sensor input... Thanks

My brother has a 2014 fully deleted and running a mini-maxx with gearhead tunes and I wish the same was available for the 2015s... kind of wishing would have found a low mileage clean 2014 Platinum at this point.

Youll have to do the analog on the livewire. There arent any PIDs on the livewire available for EGTs on our 6.7s, or updates that have them. Have you checked out the PIP EGT kit for SCT tuners?

I think the stock EGT sensor removed from the dpf only works with minimaxx tuners.

CWAY6.7 I have hooked up the JMS probe to the analog input on the LiveWire however it doesn't work. I also did call No Limit yesterday and they suggested I try to get a refund from PSE. They in turn told me to contact SCT about the issue.:swordfight:

I had a livewire before this X4 and I can say the livewire was a pain in the ass, at least for me anyways. You may try the X4?

So you can or can't use one of the stock pyros from the dpf that has been placed into the plate and the SCT analog harness to read egts?

The SCT analog harness has a different inlet type than the end of the factory EGT sensor harness, one could possibly wire up if they knew what they were doing. Im looking at one of my sensors now off a dpf and it looks way different than the JMS kit or even PIPs

Well its 2 wires and basically varies the flow of voltage and current with the temp. Just needs a positive and a signal wire back. Unless I am wrong.
