Work has been crazy but finally got the No Limit Fabrication CAI installed. Also got a mild street tune from Eric @ Innovative Diesel Performance. All I can say is WOW! It REALLY woke the truck up! I also forgot what it was like to have the 5R110 shifting so smooth. Seriously hard to believe it is the same slush box. Note: I actually loaded the tune from Eric and drove the truck prior to installing the No Limit Fabrication CAI. At about 3/4 throttle on a mild street tune, I got the Check Air Cleaner warning on the dash. Popped the hood and sure enough, filter minder was sucked all the way in. This can't be good on the turbos! After the CAI install, no filter minder issues at all, even at full throttle. You can also feel a much crisper throttle response and noticeably stronger acceleration. Never experienced such a difference from just an intake swap. I would not recommend running a performance tune on the 6.4L without an adequate supply of air. And, from what I've read, and now experienced, No Limit delivers the needed air to keep your turbos and your right foot happy. :redspotdance: The truck will light the tires up from a 30mph roll now and pretty much haze them through 55-60mph. This little truck is already a blast to drive at only 500whp. Can't wait to feel what 600+ feels like. :)
