Projector headlights

Does anyone make a clear projector halo headlight for an 04 SD that is plug and play? As in no splicing into the factory harness. And if so is there an option of HID bulbs in both the low and high beam?

Just swap out to the 05+ units, they look waaaay better, and you get dual bulbs with a cheaper hid option
