I'm sure it can be done. Most guys opt for a upgraded VGT like the powermax with stock injectors and see a decent power increase with a tune. When a non VGT is swapped, it usually tends to be a larger compressor wheel like a 66 or 68 for higher Hp numbers. It would be cool to see it done.

Yea I'm thinking about doing it when I do my studs next month. With an upgraded intake manifold and uppipe I feel like I could get it to spool just not sure. I would eventually put some 175/75s with it. I just do not want it to run like crap till I can get the injectors

A 60 may be too small for 175/75. A 64 might be better, however not a turbo wiz. Obviously your best bet would be to match a turbo with the injectors and do them at the same time. Talk with your tuner and see if they can make the truck run with a s300 until you do injectors.
Also may want to check in the 6.0 aftermarket section.
