Regen EGTs?

2013 all stock still under ESP warranty 95k miles. Had a P263C code that was reoccurring. Dealer did a reflash this week. On the way to work, interstate at 75mph it started cleaning exhaust filter and EGTs went to 947 on my CTS. Never seen them this high before. Usually they only go to 750 unless I'm towing my bass boat then they may go to 810 or so. *** pressure while cleaning was 3.2, usually around 2.6. After cleaning pressure was .7-1.5psi while at 75 and .2-.3psi at idle. Could the *** be clogging up? Any other ideas or just normal for this flash?

My 16 would go over 1000 all the time during a re gen going down the highway. Once I even saw 1200 for a bit. That's why I switched out to a high flow system lol.
