remote start doesn't work

My remote start no longer works for my 2015 6.7. The problem started at the end of last week when I installed a flo-pro exhaust, S P artan tuned n gauge tuner, s&B intake and rudys e g r ****** kit and coolant reroute.

any ideas of why its not working.

Did you un-clip your hood switch? Does the truck honk when you try and remote start?

the truck honks when I try and remote start, I didn't un clip the hood switch. but I will verifry it still is clipped.

Three things it could mean: hood open/switch issue, DTC code not cleared, door open. I'm not 100% on the last one, but surely you'd have noticed that by now. Check for codes and that the switch is happy the hood is closed. I'd guess those are the two most likely. There are probably other things to check, but I've no clue what they might be.

Check below for any of the conditions.

The remote start system will not work if:
- The ignition is on.
- The alarm system is triggered.
- Remote Start feature is disabled in the instrument cluster.
- The hood is open.
- The transmission is not in park (P).
- The vehicle battery voltage is too low.
- The service engine soon light is on.
- The vehicle is low on fuel.

If none of those conditions exist, then something with the tuning turned it off.

ok, it must be the check engine light that's on , S PARTAN is working on that.

Clear it and see if the remote start will work. As long as it doesn't immediately come on, it should work a bit.
