Replacing a lpop

What all goes into it? Any tips and tricks would be great. Ive tried to find a write up on it but I can't find anything.

Drain off enough coolant to remove top rad hose. Pull fan plus shroud and serpentine belt. Remove the 4 18mm ( socket size ) dampener bolts pull dampener and 5 10mm bolts holding the LPOP cover then a magnetic to pop out GEARATOR. AllDATA quotes 3.1hrs to do the job. I think new gears and cover are around $100 from ford.

I hope that you have better luck than i do. I did one that had ate some metal debris and changing it didn't fix my issue. I found excessive metal in oil pan and am further tearing into engine.
