Is there anything to improve ride on these trucks like dual shocks up front.. Air bags? Have pro comp es9000 shocks all the way around but it's due for replacements. The truck is stock height with pro comp dual steering stabilizers and factory block removed in the rear and replaced with a 1in block.

I run Bilstein 5100's and they are the best I have found. Honestly though, leaf spring front suspension is always pretty harsh compared to about anything else. You can do the conversion to the 05+ setup which uses coils instead. Much better ride and turning radius. However, this is quite an expensive route to go.

Get some tires with more sidewall. When I had 22's with 305/45/22 420s it would beat you to death. Stock wheels with 285's rode a lot better

fox shocks are your best bet.

Bilsteins harden up tremendously over time.

Do you think dual shocks in the front with fox shocks would be a good idea?

No. Single shocks are fine unless you are fighting a serious bounce issue. Adding extra shocks will just make it ride firmer.

I know on my truck. The rear is the problem. I say upgrade to some 08+ rear springs or do some 05-07 carli mini packs on your current springs. 99-07 has the same rear springs.

Well I checked my front end today, everything is good except for sway bar bushings that's probably some of the clunking I'm hearing. Do better steering stabilizer shocks make a difference too?
