My early 04 6.0 is running rough. At idle it lopes like it has a big cam in it. It continues to run rough all the way up to about 2000 RPMs and then smooths out above that. If it's under a hard load, like going uphill at 1200 or 1500 RPMs, it shakes pretty hard and it sounds like it has an exhaust leak. All 8 of the injectors were replaced with NEW Ford units, over a few months, at 15,000 miles or less on the engine. A few months ago it ran rough until driven and warmed up for about 5 minutes, but that went away after having a reflash for a CA emissions recall from way back in 2006. (Had to do it for smog/registration purposes) The truck now has 60,000 miles. Everything is currently stock except for 4" turbo back exhaust.
