Rough running in low RPM's

Bought my first ever 7.3 it's an 01 6 speed. Has 300k on the clock. Under 1800 rpms it runs real rough. Higher rpms it's fine. HPop was replaced 40k ago. Anything ever experience this? Thanks Zach

could be lots of things... whats your voltage at idle? check with a volt meter not the dash gauge..

Do the injectors have 300k on them?

Your engine has oil fired injectors over time the oil makes the injectors stick hot shot makes a stick ion prevent or goes in oil

7.3's do not have a stiction issue.
