Looking to get a scan tool for my truck. I found this one by autoenginuity but I was wondering if anyone else uses it or what their preferences are. Thanks guys!

About 90 percent of people on the forum use AE it's the next best thing to IDS.

AE... Cant go wrong there, I have been using it for over 8 years...

Since Ive been having tons of electronic problems lately I think it would be a wise investment for me.

To those of you that do use it. Does it allow you top delete sensors such as all your exhaust sensors that are no longer there?

It is a scan tool, it is not a programer or have any real access to change anything. You can adjust the speedo for larger tires, but that is about it.

Unfortunately you cant change anything under what's called the "actuation" menu like you can with 6.0s, etc. Found that out yesterday when hooking up to mine for the first time. It is a very neat and informative tool, however.
