I have an 01 F250 that was the basic model truck, maybe the XL package, and it had a vinyl bench seat, and manual everything. My brother was parting out an 03 F250, XLT, so I got the seat from him, and they are the 40-20-40 seats, with power. They bolted up fine, but I'm having trouble with the pretension wiring. I had to splice in and wire them up, but the color codes did not match. Now the airbag light is flashing the "46" code. I hooked my AE up and it threw the codes for the driver/passenger pretensioner open circut. There are only 2 wires that is can be, so I'm kinda stumped.
My searches didn't turn up anything, unless I did something wrong.
Also for the power seats, it the factory plug tucked under the dash somewhere, so I can just grab power from there, if not I can wire it in direct.
Any write-ups on doing a power mirror conversion?
