I have searched for some info but I can't find any. I'm currently living In a hotel and can't plug my truck In. The temp in the morning is around 6 F. I just put 2 new motor craft max 850cca batteries in it but every morning on the first start it turns over like it has bad batteries. I was wondering if it could be my starter going bad but only when cold or if it could be because I'm.not.plugging it in?

Clean your block grounds. Do a voltage drop test at stater. Basically if the cables are not fried, and the grounds are good, your looking at a new starter...
