So had the truck back for two weeks after cab off for oil cooler and up pipes. Check oil this morning and.... see for yourself.

Truck is fully ******d and tuned with patri*t / spar-tan.. and no limit intake

Am I completely screwed?

and are you sure the oil has coolant in it? That sludge could just be moisture from not getting to op temp and driving around town. coolant may have never been filled properly/externally leaked??

It is going back in. Ive been driving it around for two weeks with zero issues. Oil temps and coolant temps great. Never more than 6 degrees delta. Oil always looked clean. Check oil today..this is what it looks like. I am not 100% sure there is coolant in oil but mysteriously today my degas is empty and my oil is milky.so.....

Idk, from what i am reading when you have a head gasket failure it gets exhaust pressure into the coolant system and pukes coolant out the overflow. Mine has not been doing that. Blow by also seemed acceptable

Did they remove the water pump and check the front cover when it was apart? Could be the front cover cavitated out enough that it is now intermixing.

I am occasionally running the 325 tune. So i would guess somewhere in the vicinity of 520-560.

They did not pull water pump off to check when work was done. Just took apart enough to change oil cooler and install up pipes.

I would check the front cover then, personally. I aleays pull the water pump when I do oil coolers to make sure this ain't gonna be an issue very soon after repairs, kinda like what you had. Personally, ive never seen an oil cooler put water in the oil, its typically the other way, but I guess anything is possible.

I would think studs is a must have at that power level. But I'm not a 6.4 expert

Got it all back together finally. Ended up spending a lil $$ on it this go around. RCD 369sxe kit. Head studs and chromoly pushrods and hd lifters. 6.0 manifolds and rcd hd up pipes. New ford front cover solved my coolant in oil problem. Runs like a champ now thanks to Cory at Wiggy's Garage in Louisville!
