A buddy of mine has an 06, nothing special done to it, just running an intake exhaust, and an edge (i know, i know I have tried to talk him off the ledge) well he just had a new tranny installed last week and haven't had any problems with it and towed with it all weekend, and now today while getting on the highway the truck dies. We pop the hood and check a few things, looked in the fuse box and the PCM fuse is blown. First time this has ever happened so we are thinking just a surge or something along those lines. Pop a new fuse in truck fires right up and we get going. Then about a 1/4 mile down the road it happens again and now I am stumped.
What could be causing this?
