Alright, I have the engine, and trans squared away, and now that I've rebuilt the steering with PMF drag link, tie rod, track bar and dual stabilizer setup, i'm getting ready to start ordering my 6" lift, 40" tires and 20" wheels. I've searched and searched and I know it's possible to calibrate an 05 PS for 40" tires with forscan.

I'm going to go with Yokohama Geolander XMT and the specs say rpm is 523. I calibrated the truck for the 35's when I got it, which wasn't difficult at all. I'm also putting 4.56 gears in at the same time.

My question is, has anyone here been successful at doing this? What were your final numbers at? Tone ring/rpm. Did you have any issues with the truck afterward?
