Well guys I'm stumped right now. I have a 04 6.0 and i had been driving it though out the day to the beach and back. When i went to get in to take someone home i turned the key and it cranked over one time and then nothing. I turn the key back off and try it again and no crank this time its at a dead stop lights dimmed and gauges went dead as if it were cranking. My first thought was hydrolocked. (my boat did the same thing last year) so i pulled the glow plugs out on one side and tried to bump it over using the wire on the inner fender hoping i got lucky but i got the motor to crank about one time and nothing else. Starter seemed really weak like it couldn't crank the motor over. so i load tested my batteries and they are both good. is this a starter problem or do i have a bigger problem on my hands?
Thanks Matt

okay i had heard about this being a problem but didn't think that it could cause the motor to not turn over.
I just tired it and still having the same problem.
