Steering wheel controls haywire

I have a 2015 f250 with nav. My steering wheels controls have been acting crazy since day 1. I have brought it to ford 3 times and they can't seem to fix it. They have replaced the steering wheel controls and replaced the head unit.
It doesn't always do it but sometimes when I press volume up it changes the station. When I press volume down it changes the mode from radio to cd etc.... When I press tune up it tunes down and tune down does volume up.
Attached is a video of the malfunction if anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful.

The last time I brought it to dealer about a month ago they did an "update" to radio but it did not work either and they kept my truck for a week. I have done master resets, unhooked battery, pulled fuses and nothin seems to work

I am guessing only thing left is the harness from the wheel to the unit
or clock spring ?

Mine has started to mess up but I figure I just need some new buttons. Volume up changes the song. When I try to change the song it brings it back to the beginning like I hit the back button. I just have yet to order some new buttons for the right side. Mine is quite a bit older than yours though

I wouldn't waste my money on new buttons. They have already replaced mine at Ford and I didn't even make it out the parking lot before it started doing it again.
