Helping my cousin out. He has a 2003 6.0. Soon after he got it back from the shop the PS pump starting leaking and the steering wheel won't go back to center, i can take a turn and it keeps taking a turn, not good. I'm thinking ball joints because i can turn the steering wheel with one finger standing still, I'm Assuming the power steering pump is still working, just maybe a line?. Thanks

If its a 4X4 check the u-joints first, thats the most common cause of wheel not returning. I'm thinking your power steering pump leak was probably caused by working it with something seized up and the fluid getting to hot.

Well I fixed the leak on the PS pump. Ended up being the high pressure line going from the hydro to the pump. The steering not returning to center is because of the Steering box. Changing it out tomorrow.
