I replaced the TPS and that seemed to solve the problem for a little while but its back now. I asked some friends and they said to change the cam sensor.. which was really easy to do once I had to replace the water pump unexpectedly. Anyway it still cuts in and out, not as much when I'm accelerating but it gets pretty bad when I'm trying to maintain speed and it almost always cuts out quickly when I back off the go pedal. I thought I had it narrowed down to the chip being a problem but it does it very subtly without the chip as well. I unhooked the ICP sensor and drove around to no avail. I'm out of ideas guys....
