Thermostat question??

The 6.7 has 2 thermostat's. One that opens at 194* and one that opens at 201*. When towing I often am higher than 194. Wouldn't it make sense to have to 194 thermostats to help the truck run cooler??

Also if the coolant is cooler than the air in the air to air is cooler also.
