Torque converter hot mode

H&S programming enters the torque converter HOT MODE much earlier than the stock programming.
Does the Hot mode converter LOCK & UNLOCK programming override the Tow/Haul mode as well as the normal mode?
I'm trying to write programming that locks the converter immediately shifting into 3rd & 4th in tow/haul mode with OD locked out. I have it so it will not shift into OD, but it appears to follow the HOT MODE settings no matter what I set the tow/haul figures at, Thus my conclusion, Hot mode overrides all other settings?

Thanks Mark, Being the 2-3, & 3-5 shifts are highly complex swap & syncronized shifts, is it even feasible to be attempting to lock the torque converter on shift completion with these shifts or am I looking for trouble?

Should be fine. Most tunes lock the converter from 2nd up. And my tune locks up in 3rd through od under moderate throttle.

It can be done. the shifts won't feel as nice as the production shifts, but maybe that's what you want.
